Gibson wins AMG 2008 Best Guitar Product of The Year Award

The contenders were Martin Guitars DC-Aura, Taylor Guitars 400 Series, Gibson Guitars Songwriter Deluxe Cutaway Modern Classic, and McPherson Guitars MG 4.0

The winner is Gibson Guitars Songwriter Deluxe Cutaway Modern Classic.

Gibson Guitars continues to produce some of America's best guitars and the Songwriter Deluxe Cutaway Modern Classic is Americanmadeguitar.com's pick for the 2008 Best Guitar Product of the Year Award.

Here is an average guy, Andrew Green playing one in a video he made for his YouTube channel in an effort to bring awareness to the sufferings of orphans and widows. It is exactly why it is so important to have a quality but affordable instrument. When you have an instrument that sings your creativity is boosted and the average is leveraged.

Each guitar deserves attention and all are deserving of ownership. Each company and each guitar in this line up is the best of the best when it comes to Acoustic cutaway models. It is worth mentioning that out of all the other guitars in question McPherson's MG.40 deserves an honorable mention. If it were not for it's hefty $4000.00+ price tag it may have been an easy choice to select it as the winner.
